OnPoint Remedial Therapies has highly qualified massage therapists who specialise in remedial massage, sports massage and deep tissue massage.  We have extensive experience in the treatment of muscular tension, injury and chronic pain. We also regularly perform  pregnancy massage using one of our specialised pregnancy pillows (they are sooo comfortable!)

Our massage therapists specialists are members of AMT (Association of Massage Therapy), and abide by the association’s strict code of conduct and stipulations for further and continuing education.

Remedial Massage/Therapeutic Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue and the associated connective tissues. Connective tissue and fascia cover and support all the internal structures of the body. The aim of this therapy is to remove deep muscular and connective tissue tension caused by poor posture, stress and acute or chronic injury to the body. The slow deep pressure used in this method assists the elimination of many bodily toxins.
